The InBody Scan takes just a few minutes to complete, with no need to undress—only your shoes and socks need to be removed. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your entire appointment.
To ensure the most accurate and consistent results, please follow these preparation guidelines before your scan:
• Do not eat for 3–4 hours before testing
• Avoid exercise for 6–12 hours prior to your appointment
• Wear removable footwear and socks for access to both feet
• Avoid caffeine on the day of your scan and stay well hydrated
• Do not shower or use a sauna immediately before testing
• Avoid applying lotion to your hands and feet
• Important: Individuals with pacemakers or electronic medical devices should not use the InBody
• Note: For women, avoid testing if you are pregnant or menstruating for optimal accuracy
After the scan, you'll receive a printed copy of your results along with a link to help you understand and interpret your personal body composition report.
